At Flaunt Cosmetics, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used cosmetic products.


If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order at [your email] with:
• Order number
• A clear photo/video of the item
• A photo of the packaging

We will replace the item at no additional cost.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Refunds:
If approved:
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.


5. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for unopened products only (different shade, color, or product).
If the requested item is out of stock, you will receive store credit.

Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• For damaged or incorrect orders, return shipping will be covered by us.
